I want to thank you for the outstanding medical support that you had at the 1/23/09, CMP/Wausau East varstiy hockey game. My son suffered a shoulder injury as a result of a check into the boards and had to leave the ice. Rachel, from the Bone and Joint Clinic, was wonderful. She took very good care of my son, offered excellent explanations and advice, and checked up on him numerous times during the game.

Unfortunately, my son has a season ending injury and must see a specialist this afternoon. I want you to know though, how impressed I am with the medical support that you had available on the bench. I am very appreciative of it.

“Hi Danielle, Dr. Jarvis, Dr. Hackett, and Bone & Joint Staff,

Thank you very much for all your care and expertise from Dr. Hackett in the ED at Aspirus to Dr. Jarvis doing my surgery and Danielle; thank you for your compassion and great job with my drsg and cast change, it felt so good having my foot & incision washed and open to air.

Everyone has been wonderful, it sure helps to know we have such a wonderful Medical Center. The Surgical Staff was also wonderful, the Receptionist came outside in 20 below zero weather to assist my husband with my wheel chair! Shirley and the other staff were also very wonderful. Thank you Dr. Crispell – I woke up slowly and with minimal pain. I will tell all our family/friends about my excellent care.”

Message: On 01/12/09 Dr Hackett did my back surgery. I have never been happier with a doctor or the out come of the surgery, Dr Hackett is one of the most compassionate doc's I have ever met and explains everything. Also I must not forget his nurse Jill. You have some great people working there. I will recommend this place to anyone who will listen to me. A big THANK YOU to Dr Hackett!!!!!
